3.Payment Information & One-Time Payment
  • All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, Square).
  • We DO NOT save, store, or have access to your full payment information, such as your credit card number, expiration date, or security code. Your payment details are provided directly to the payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, Square). which handles the transaction securely.
4.Data Retention & Deletion Policy:

LovingTones is committed to data minimization. We believe in keeping only the data that is absolutely essential to provide you with your requested service and for no longer than necessary. Your privacy and control over your data are a top priority! We only collect and hold the files and information necessary to complete your service. This includes any project files, source materials, and communication data you provide to us (“Service Files” and “Related Information”).

1.Your Right to Deletion

We provide all customers with the right to request the immediate and permanent deletion of their data at any time. Upon receiving a verified request from you, we will:

  • Permanently delete all digital keepsakes of your Service Files from our systems.
  • Delete all Related Data, such as project-related emails or messages, to the fullest extent possible.
  • Confirmation email once the deletion has been completed.

2.How to Request Data Deletion

Please send an email to lovingtonessupport@lovingtones.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include:

  • Your first and last name
  • Order confirmation number
  • The email address associated with the service

We will process your request promptly upon verifying your identity as the owner of the data.

3.Secure Deletion

All data, whether deleted as part of our standard procedure or by special request, is securely and permanently erased from our systems. We do not maintain accessible archives of completed project files once they have been deleted.

  • Due to the highly personalized and custom nature of our keepsakes, we cannot offer refunds once an item has been created for you although to honor our commitment to your satisfaction, we will provide one (1) complimentary additional keepsake if your expectations are not met with the original item.
  • While all sales are final, your satisfaction is our absolute top priority. We stand by the quality of our work and want you to cherish the keepsake we create for you. If you are not satisfied with the final product you receive, please contact us immediately.

  • Include: Full Name, order number, date of purchase & an email with a detailed explanation of the issue.
  • We will review your concerns and work with you to begin the process for your free additional keepsake. Please note, this is limited to one complimentary item per original paid order. Our goal is to ensure you have a loving experience.
